Call Center CSR and Call Center Team Leader
We invite those who meet below requirement
CALL CENTER CSR
• At least D3 level of education
• Age between 22 – 25 years old for Call Center CSR
• Possesses good customer service skill
• Has good interpersonal and communication skill
• Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS
office applications)
• Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to extend
work hours
• Able to understand and to speak English (passive)
• Familiarity with email application is an advantage
• Work experience in telecommunication is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in any place in Indonesia
TEAM LEADER CALL CENTER
• At least S1 level of education
• Maximum age is 32 years old
• Has at least 1 year experience in Supervisory or Team Leader
position, with strong leadership skills
• Has at least 2 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in
the telecommunications industry
• Understands the Call Center operations and its performance
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to understand and to speak English (passive)
• Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS
office applications)
• Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to
extend work hours
• Willing to be assigned in any place in Indonesia
