Product Development Executive
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Develop Product Definition Document that include detailed marketing requirements in the form of service specification documents based on value proposition
* Manage product requirements and KPI
* Develop product guide, manual, User Experience, FAQ, catalogue
* Develop UAT plan and execute UAT and related documentation
* Project manage implementation of defined services; work closely with Engineering Planning, ICR, IT/Billing, CC and Product Managers
* Develop business cases for products & services jointly with Product Managers and Reva.
* Liaise with other functions, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, Operation, Strategy and Finance to collect their inputs to product development process
* Monitor the launch product, generate report, product performance and product improvement
* Research product and plan for future products
* Invite suppliers and vendors for product presentation
* Work with other company’s departments and other group functions to ensure market research, analysis and competitive intelligence is undertaken and utilized in product development
* Maintain the linkage between the business requirements and technical requirements as per the strategy and the market demand

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Visio, basic programming.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
