Purpose of the Job :

The candidate will be responsible in determining, controlling as well as monitoring logical company performance indicator from top up to supervisor level with regards to business development of the company/each department.

Responsibilities :

  Determine logical key points of performance indicator that follows business development of the company/each department
  *
  Ensure control and monitor of individual performance indicator
  *
  Ensure proper measurement of individual contribution to the company business result, asset utilization, growth
  *
  Ensure self deep business insight understanding and able to discuss/share with individual within the company regarding their performance indicator and contribution for company business result

Requirements :

  University degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance from reputable university
  *
  Having minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting Management position in any reputable Organization/Company.
  *
  Deep understanding in Accounting/Finance/Business Process (Manufacturing Company).
  *
  Proficient in computer applications especially MS office
  *
  Good written and oral communication skills in English
  *
  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  *
  Able to work with challenging target
  *
  Age ? 28 years

Finance Administration - Padang

Job Function:

- Manage petty cash float and advances / reconciliations including prepare report for petty cash / advances usage and submit to HQ together with all supporting documents.
- Procurement administrator local point (Under HQ direction)
- Admin (Cars / Travel, etc)
- Support Inventory stock takes including prepare weekly inventory movement report and physical count.
- Manage filing
- General Finance point of contact liaising back to HQ
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangement to all Sales Team member
- Maintain calendar for each team members and meeting rooms

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree level with 4 years experience in Finance and Administration field
- Literate in Microsoft Office especially in MS-Excel and Power Point
- Good command in English verbally and written
- Interested in Administration field and coordination
- Able to work as team player
