JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
* Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
* Experience minimal 3 years in the same field, preferable from media industry handling budget & project control
* Has a strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
* Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
* Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :

* Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level), usually dealing with system is an advantage
* Good command in English
* Willing to work overtime

Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia - National Office is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in position Treasury Accounting reporting to the National Treasury and Risk Manager.

This position primarily covers the function of ensuring that the corporate financials at all times reflects our positions generated from Treasury activities involving continues reviews on all journal entries generated by the Treasury system and ensuring proper accounting set up in the system.
With thorough understanding of all Treasury transaction nature, he/she is expected to provide opinions/analysis on the impact of Treasury transaction on our profit & loss.

TREASURY ACCOUNTING

In your capacity as the Treasury Accounting, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

*
Monitor daily position report to understand companies Treasury transactions settlement and ensure proper position
*
Review bank account reconciliation result and follow up with FX analyst and Cash Management Analyst to resolve un reconciled items
*
Advise and discuss transactions having significant impact exposure on profit & loss
*
Ensuring month end closing process are done properly, reflecting all treasury activity position and meeting the given month end closing schedule
*
Liaise with GFA on all aspects of accounting requirement and conformity
*
Provide all reports and/or statements required by central bank regulation
*
Ensuring contract details in our Treasury system matches with confirmation advices issued by banking counterparties
*
Prepare, run settlement process and obtain appropriate settlement approval in Treasury system and up load to Electronic Banking system and dispatch to appropriate bank account authorized signers
*
Monitor and advise accounts payable on any overdue settlements

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

*
The candidate should have minimum S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting or other Finance area
*
Excellent work management and communication skill both verbal and written in English and Indonesian
*
Should demonstrate a good common sense in understanding of relevant business nature, highlighting every financial consequences of business nature and the ability to apply the proper accounting entries based on the GAAP
*
Should have an excellent work management skill in establishing a course of action to accomplish goals, planning proper schedule and keeping track of achievement progress
*
Able to accurately check the process and result of tasks
*
Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
*
Be reliable person, proactive and co-operative
*
Able to maintain stable performance under pressure
*
the candidate preferable have at least 3 years working experience in other companies after completing university or at least 5 years experience in CCBI finance organization
*
Having experiences in participating, implementation and support of business application such as ORACLE and ELECTRONIC BANKING will be advantage
