Legal Manager (Kode : LGL-LMS)

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di perbankan
- Memahami pengetahuan hukum dasar (legal basic knowledge)
- Memahami peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan kegiatan usaha bank (banking regulations)
- Dapat membuat pendapat hukum (legal opinion), dokumen hukum (legal drafting), kajian dokumen huum (legal review)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam membuat kebijakan hukum (legal policy) dan standarisasi perjanjian-perjanjian terkait aktivitas bank, baik funding, lending, dan services
- Menguasai produk dan aktivitas usaha serta operasional bank, terutama transaksi di bidang perkreditan baik konsumer, ritel, korporasi, tresuri, atau trade services
- Memahami Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
