Team Assistant - Jakarta

Job Function:

Job Purpose:

- To ensure all administrative tasks performed in two (2) Technical divisions complies with Company's policies and procedures, such as documentation for computing assests, collect supporting documents from vendors, filing and other administrative tasks

- Support GMs and team members from the two (2) divisions to have efficient and effective work, such as travel arrangement & itinerary management, meeting & training arrangement, liaising with respective parties for compiling report, settle team's monthly expenses and other support needed by the team

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any discipline from reputable university with good academic results

- Have at least 5 years of experience on projects support administration

- Have in-depth knowledge in Telecommunication project is a plus

- Have ability in analysing the data and convert to meaningful report

- Have systematic working style to manage multi tasking job

- Demonstrate expertise in understanding project management concept, practices and procedures

- Literate with MS office, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint

- Good command in English verbally and written
