Currently we have a position open in our Gresik office as *Administrative
Assistant (direct contract based, 12 months)*

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide administrative direct support to Gas Plant Team to ensure
the smooth administration process and procedures
- Provide administrative support which includes: maintain files and
records, document control support, photo copying, faxing, computer work
including typing
- Organize vendor visits to maintain office equipment
- Follow up material requisitions and record man-hours of work
documentation through SAP
- May include regional support to HR, Finance, etc. as and when
required
- Work closely with vendors as necessary to ensure invoices are
received correctly and are accompanied by adequate support/tax documentation

*Requirement:*

- Administration, typing, filing knowledge and skills
- Diploma 3 graduate major in commercial, business or secretarial
- Minimum of five years experience in the related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Administration and computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet,
SAP) ability
- Surabaya/Gresik based is preferred

* Principal Duties & Responsibilities:*

Reporting to the Gas Plant Manager, the Senior General Affairs Assistant is
responsible for:

1. Managing General Affairs and Employee Service function in the
Onshore Plant Facilities

2. Coordinate non Operation functions

3. Internal & External Communication Coordination

4. Maintaining good corporate governance for OPF organizations with
respect to regional governmental obligations

5. Managing respective people and organization, EHS responsibility in
the respective department , and relevant administration services along
with reporting and proper document archiving

* Requirements:*

1. Comprehensive understanding of relevant government regulations, and
ability to align between the requirements of Government (BPMIGAS) in regards
to Procurement, Finance & Accounting Procedures and Regional Government
Regulation with Company’s standard; general affairs and office service
knowledge; general business administration and filing system ability

2. A degree in an Accounting/Finance, Business & General Management/
Administrations is preferable, with minimum of 5 years experience in either
Finance/Accounting, Procurement, General Administration and Office role
preferably in a multinational oil and gas company, with supervisory role
experience

3. Fluency in spoken and written English, fluency and written Bahasa
Indonesia, (optional) fluency in Javanese.

4. Computer literacy: Word, Excel, internet, e mail, Powerpoint, SAP
(preferred)

Fixed Plant Manager (code : FPM)

Qualification :
Indonesian Nationality with several years experience in fixed plant and wash plant operations. Experiencing in operating fixed plants installation including stockpiling, washing, blending, barge loading coal management.

Job Descriptions :
• Oversee continuous ongoing management of all fixed plant and wash plant operations at the mining locations.
• Reviews immediate Upgrade requirements (with offsite input) at all locations.
• Ensure Operational Fixed Plant and Wash Plant Supervision is appropriate.
• Oversee the budget of the operational fixed plant and wash plant.
• Reviews Blending and QA/QC requirements as appropriate.
• Monitor Hired Plant Performance and effectiveness.
• Ensures CPP and Port Operations continue at steady state in accordance with product requirements.
• Reviews capability (with offsite assistance from HR) of the Company management staff at all locations.
• Assists in formulating recommendations for change in operating structure at commencement of Contract Mining Services Agreement.

Fixed Plant Operation - Manager (code : FPOM)

Qualification :
Indonesian Nationality with several years experience operating fixed plants installation including stockpiling, washing, blending, barge loading coal management.

Job descriptions :
• Ensure stockpile areas are properly managed.
• Liase with Mining Personnel re product quality requirement.
• Liase with Shipping Dept. to ensure barging and quality schedules are appropriate.
• Ensure mobile plant at operation is fit for purpose.
• Ensure proper coal chain planning.
• Reviews capability (with offsite assistance from HR) of the Company maintenance management staff at all fixed plant locations.

Mine Planning Superintendent (code : MPS)

Qualification :
Indonesian Nationality with several years experience in Mine Planning Design and Engineering.

Job Descriptions :
• Ensure that Mine & Production Plans reflect production requirements and logical progression.
• Review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements.
• Review long term planning with off site resources.
• Mentoring of the Company Planning Engineers in updated Planning Software and hardware.
• Review capabilities of the Company Planning Staff and make recommendations as to potential, training needs etc.

Finance and Accounting Manager (code : FAM)

Qualifications :
• University Degree in Accounting, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having more than 5 years of full spectrum accounting work experience with minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Smart, hard worker, able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, etc).
• Familiar with Indonesian Accounting Standard and Indonesian Tax Regulation.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in oral and written.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment as well as individual contributor.
• Experience in big public accounting firm is preferable.
• Candidates with experience in mining industry background are preferable.

Job descriptions :
• Responsible for a day to day finance and accounting matters.
• Timely preparation of the financial statements for the stake holders and filing of tax returns.
• Analysis of business performance of the Company through budgeting.

Engineering Manager Advisor (code : EMA)

Qualification :
Indonesian Nationality with several years experience in mine engineering planning.

Jobs descriptions :
• Ensure that Mine & Production Plans reflect production requirements and logical progression.
• Ensure Pit design and engineering is appropriate.
• Oversee integration of Geology & Development, Support engineering departments.
• Manage JORC tracking team.
• Review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements.
• Review long term planning with off site resources.
• Mentoring of the Company Planning Engineers in updated Planning Software and hardware.
• Review survey methods and verify reconciliation for contractors are appropriate.
• Review capabilities of the Company Planning Staff and make recommendations as to potential, training needs etc.

Geologist (code : GEO)

Qualifications :
• Indonesian Nationality with 5 years experience in geological job.
• University degree in Technical Geology with GPA 3.00.
• Soft ware literate such as map info, auto cad, mine scope.
• Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
• Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
• Have a capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each Drilling report and Exploration report, etc.

Jobs descriptions :
• Responsible for a day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping etc.
• Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively.
• Ensure to manage any problem that incured during the exploration.

Environmental Superintendent (code : ES)

Qualifications :
• At least 5 years experience in mining companies.
• Have great knowledge of national and international environmental regulations.
• Have a capabilities to write an environmental reports such as quarterly RKL/RPL.
• Have a great understanding of FS and AMDAL requirements.
• Familiar with environmental permits needed to be obtained in the mining activity.
• Will add more value if the candidates had an Amdal A certificate.

Job Descriptions :
• Review the Company Environmental Management Plan and establish levels of compliance thereof.
• Work with the Company (and contractors - where required) to formulate an improvement plan to better reflect environmental obligations on the Company.

Senior Secretary (code : SS)

Qualification :
Indonesian Nationality with several years experience in the similar position, having knowledge of all aspects of secretariat duties.

Job Description :
• Performs a variety of secretarial duties: answering the phone, typing memos, processing reports, taking and distributing minutes, scheduling meetings and sorting mail in an accurate and timely manner, and other secretarial duties to the satisfaction of those involved.
