Responsibilities:

* Take charge distribution equipment (BTS , BSC, MSC , HLR equipment) to the site
* Manage inventory management for main warehouse, region warehouse, sparepart warehouse.
* Monitoring delivery equipment day by day
* Have experience for manage bounded warehouse more preferable

Requirements:

* Male / Female max 35 years
* Degree in Logistics / Trade / Economics or equivalent
* Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate others; experienced in project management
* Possess professional logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and procurement processes
* Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export.
* Proficient in English, Mandarin will be advantage
* Willing to relocated to Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makasar and Banjarmasin.

AREA SALES MANAGER MODERN FOODSTORE – NORTHERN SUMATERA

You will be consequently responsible for to the following functions :

• Developing Strategic Business Plan so as to ensure the achievement of Sales Targets in

each sales center under his / her responsibility;
• Developing plans and strategies in order to achieve sales volume targets for the next

coming periods;
• In cooperation with Sales Center Manager, controlling and managing operational budgets,

and accordingly upholding continuous improvements in terms of efficiency and

effectiveness;
• In cooperation with Sales Center Manager, responsible for the management, development,

and coaching of Human Resources in the Sales Center under his/her responsibility, so as

to ensure the achievement of high productivity, disciplinary and integrity;
• Supporting the Sales Center Manager in handling any concerns related with customer, sales

forces, and accordingly the performance of Sales Center as an overall;
• Exercising regular market visits in order to evaluate market share, and at the same time,

analyzing competitor activities;
• Preparing regular reports on the performance and market condition under his/her

responsibility, supported with sufficient analytical data as well as required counter
measures;

In charge for such pivotal functions, ideally the successful candidate would have the

following qualifications

• Bachelor (S1) Degree from one of top universities in Indonesia
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales and Marketing areas, out of which 1 year

exposed in the supervisory functions;
• Business acumen, showing good understanding of financial principles and implications,
particularly in line with Sales and Marketing impacts;
• Good English communication skill, would be considered as a significant plus;
• Good communication and presentation skills, likewise good selling and negotiation skills;
• Willing to be fully relocated to Northern Sumatera
