Compliance Manager (CMP 014)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
* He/She will be part of the compliance team concentrating on consumer banking business of the Bank. He/She will work closely with the business in managing its compliance risk by assisting them with the development, maintenance and update of compliance controls and monitoring and providing advice on regulatory matters. You will also assist in the approval of promotional materials and reviewing periodic compliance returns and regulatory reports.
Requirements:
* Should have business / finance/ law degree from a reputable university
* Has at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and 3 years in a compliance or/and audit role.
* A self-starter who is able to work independently.
* Must also have good analytical and written communications skills.
* Must be familiar with the rules and regulations relevant to this business, in particular the Bank Indonesia regulations, Banking/Capital Market Law and Bapepam regulations.
* Has good interpersonal and communication ability.
* Converse well in English and computer literate.
