PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Job Title: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Directorate: Pres Dir
Location: Jakarta
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide assistance and support to President Director in Managing and Developing Holcim business in Indonesia through involvement in many projects, providing value adding data analysis and working together with other Directors and Managers for specific areas of concern.
Developing and delivering President Director new ideas in a timely and sound manner.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline.
*
Experiences: Min. 5 years experience in managerial level
*
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project.
*
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
*
Other qualifications:
- Able to provide excellent, high quality assistance to President Director within tight
time constraints, various stakeholders and several different business sites
- Able to deliver result as scheduled from multi-assignment under time pressure and high
possibility of changing in approach and method as well as flexibility after working hours
- Able to build and maintain good relationship across departments and directorates along
all levels in the department and directorates, particularly the directors and managers
