Human Capital Officer (HCO)
Be responsible for all activities of completing the man power needs starting from analyzing the needs and designing the sourcing strategy, doing the recruitment / selection and running the assessment to support the development of employee.
Qualifications:
- Graduated as a Psychologist (Profession Degree)
- Has min. 2 years experience in the same position at Operating Company.
