1. Male max 25 years old
2. Education D3/S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Chemical Department with min IPK 2.8 scale 4.
3. Able to operate computer (MS Office)
4. Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
5. Dicipline, accurate, fast learner, highly independent and self motivation
