Kami merupakan perusahaan nasional yang bergerak dalam
bidang perkebuan dengan komoditas utama kelapa sawit. PT. BIMA PALMA
NUGRAHA memulai operasional usahanya pada tahun 2005 dengan mengambil
lokasi tempat usaha utama di Kalimantan Timur. Di dalam menjalankan
usahanya kami didukung oleh jajaran staf dan direksi yang telah
berpengalaman dalam bidangnya.

STAF ARGONOMI
Pria/wanita, usia maks.25thn, IPK. 3.00, S1 pertanian semua
jurusan (Agronomi/Budidaya, Ilmu Tanah, Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan
dan Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian), komunikatif, bersedia untuk menjalani
ikatan kerja selama 2 tahun, siap untuk ditempatkan di lokasi Kebunan
Kalimantan Timur.

STAF PURCHASING
Minimum lulus Diploma 3 Jurusan Pertanian, Minimal 1
tahun sebagai Staf Purchasing Industri Kelapa Sawit, Memahami proses
pembelian barang dan jasa yang efisien, Memiliki jaringan yang luas,
Keahlian negosisasi yang baik, Jujur, Dapat mengoperasikan computer,
Memahami manajemen distribusi

STAF PERSONEL & DEVELOPMENT
Minimum lulus Diploma 3 semua Jurusan, Minimal 2 tahun
sebagai Personnel and Development Staff Industri Kelapa Sawit,
Memahami undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan pendukungnya,
Memiliki keahlian mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan karyawan,
Pengetahuan kompensasi dan benefit pada industri kelapa sawit,
Kemampuan mengelola Human Resource Information System, Dapat
mengoperasikan komputer, Pengetahuan mengenai konsep pembuatan dan
pelaksanaan Peraturan Perusahaan, Kemampuan mengelola bagian umum

Get Ready Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.
