JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Jakarta, Samarinda, Menado & Makassar)

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year’s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
Hands on experience with features and parameters for Microwave wireless Network, Radio Network Frequency and MSS Elements

WAREHOUSE KEEPER
(Banjarmasin)
Responsibilities:

Take charge distribution equipment (BTS , BSC, MSC , HLR equipment)  to the site
Manage inventory management for main warehouse, region warehouse, sparepart warehouse.
Monitoring delivery equipment day by day
Have experience for manage bounded warehouse more preferable

Requirements:

Male / Female max 35 years
Degree in Logistics / Trade / Economics or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate others; experienced in project management
Possess professional logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and  procurement processes
Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export.
Proficient in English, mandarin will be advantage
Willing to be base in Banjarmasin.

Administration Assistant
(Makassar)

Responsibility

1.     Handle for Car Management
2.     Supporting departmental office activities
3.     Support engineer duration account: calculate expatriates working period and registration for expatriate
4.     Expatriate overseas allowance account
5.     Fixed asset Management
6.     Other administration work

Requirement

1.     Education: Diploma (D-3) Degree major in administration, management or related discipline.
2.   Basic:
·         Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill
·         Mandarin language active for read & write.
3.   General:
·         Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility.
·         Excellent ability to analyze, judge and coordinate among departments.
·         Excellent ability to organize, plan and implement.
·         Good knowledge in telecommunication, good experience of technical support service in telecommunication system.
·         Good at management skill.

HANDSET REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to handset problem
Requirement:

High School or diploma in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year’s relevant experience in handset repair
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English

PROJECT COORDINATOR
(Menado)
Responsibilities:

Assist PM to Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project
Assist PM to Establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives
Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed
Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management
Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements
Requirements:

Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as Project Coordinator
PM or Project Coordinator experience in a turn-key project will be strongly preferred
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
Willing to be based in Menado

Job Interview TipsPractice

Practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the typical job interview questions and answers most employers ask. Think of actual examples you can use to describe your skills. Providing evidence of your successes is a great way to promote your candidacy.

Prepare

Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.

Get Ready

Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.

Be On Time

Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm

During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Show What You Know

Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up

Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.
